- $22-24/hr RedHat (Inexperienced) Coal Miners
- $27-28/hr BlackHat (Experienced) Coal Miners

Job Responsibilities for Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:
- General labor
- Roller and screen changes
- Belt work
- Steel sets
- Overcasts
- Jacks
- Seal preparation
- Pumpable cribs
- Scoop operating
- Bolting
- Other laborer duties as required
Job Requirements Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:
- Underground WV Experienced Miner or Apprentice Miner Certification in state of WV Required.
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
- Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
