Frank Liquor Company in Middleton, WI is now hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The team members of Frank Liquor Company are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.  


 Are you passionate about the beverage industry and thrive on building relationships? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who’s energized by connecting with clients, driving sales, and working in a dynamic environment.


In this role, you’ll specialize in selling beer, wine, and liquor to on-premise accounts and bringing great products to great partners while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-premise accounts across designated territories in Southwestern Wisconsin 
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding needs, recommending products, and delivering top-tier service 
  • Conduct regular outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to promote product lines and increase sales 
  • Process orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues quickly and effectively 
  • Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activity 
  • Track sales activity and generate reports using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Support digital sales initiatives, including e-commerce tools and platforms 
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

  • Solid math skills for pricing, promotions, and cost calculations 
  • Comfort presenting ideas and products in an engaging, informal way 
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office 
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality 
  • Resilience, adaptability, and persistence in a fast-moving environment 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work across teams and navigate a variety of customer personalities 
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities 
  • Natural storytelling ability to bring brands and products to life 
  • Understanding of the PROFIT sales methodology 
  • Familiarity with supplier quality assurance standards and marketing guidelines 
  • Experience with eoStar for inventory, pricing, deal structuring, and order submission 
  • Knowledge of alcohol distribution regulations, including licensing and compliance requirements 
  • Ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly   
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (beverage, foodservice, or hospitality preferred) 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) 
  • Experience with CRM and sales/order entry systems 
  • E-commerce platform experience is a plus 
  • Must be 21 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
