Let’s take a closer look at the role of a Cashier to determine if this opportunity is right for you!

As a Cashier, you will be responsible to reconcile daily invoices, cash and checks and service the customer service pick-up window.

Here's more of what you will do:

• Collect invoices and payments received from drivers.
• Verify returned product and empties.
• Enter return product and payment into computer system. Identify and document any discrepancies.
• Process employee purchase orders and collect payment for products.
• Process donations and samplings into computer system.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily. Identify and document any discrepancies.
• Process day end by preparing trial lists and register in system.
• Balance cash, checks and invoices to system reports.
• Support Order Dept. by receiving and entering customer orders into the system for next day delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and issues.
• Identify and record problems communicated by drivers.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Data entry skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be able to recognize inconsistencies in data, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Requires drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods at a time.
• Ability to use a keyboard and monitor for extended periods of time.
