The primary focus of the Restoration Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning and restoring contents and structures affected by fire, water, or mold damage.

What You'll Do
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial properties after fire, smoke, or water damage.
- Clean and restore personal contents (furniture, appliances, décor, etc.)
- Pack, transport, and unpack contents safely and efficiently.
- Assist with deodorization, ozone, and HEPA filtration processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and company vehicle.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally with customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or janitorial work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or overtime as needed.
