Frangipani, a women’s boutique in Key West, is looking for a passionate, professional Sales Associate to join our team. This is not a cashier position, it’s an opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them discover clothing that fits both their body type and lifestyle, while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
We are looking for someone who loves retail and fashion, thrives in a boutique environment, and values building long-term relationships with both clients and our brand.
Looking to add a part time sales associate: 2-3 days a week from 10:00am-5:00pm
Opportunity for additional shifts when owner travels.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the boutique independently
- Welcome and engage every client with warmth and professionalism
- Provide one-on-one styling and assistance, focusing on fit, style, and personal preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and ensure merchandise is beautifully presented, both in store and on social media.
- Handle day-to-day operations of the boutique with attention to detail and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally Minimum 3 years experience in specialty or boutique retail (fashion preferred)
- Strong styling ability and knowledge of clothing fit, fabrics, and trends...or be interested and willing to learn.
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
- Self-starter who is dependable, independent, and takes pride in their work
- Long-term mindset: looking to grow with Frangipani, not just “until something better comes along”
