As a Customer Service Center Specialist, you’ll be the voice of our organization—connecting with customers across multiple channels to understand their needs, resolve issues, and create positive experiences. This role is about more than answering questions; it’s about developing trust, partnering on solutions, and strengthening relationships that last.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted resource for customers, addressing inquiries on deposit and loan accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools.
• Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their financial well-being.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use technology, knowledge tools, and resources to provide seamless service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and create a positive, customer-first culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport and deliver exceptional service.

• Previous experience in banking or a call center environment (2 years preferred).

Salary range for this role is $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
