Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) Supervisor to work at our Grand Forks office. The CSR Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight, development, and performance of the team. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality leadership and customer service.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for initial and ongoing training, development, and coaching of the Customer Service team
- Create a high-performance environment by individually coaching each team member to develop skills and abilities aimed at achieving personal and team goals
- Enforce accuracy standards for all transactions to ensure customer confidence, creditability, and quality experience
- Proactively reach out to customers in-person and by phone to reinforce and deepen relationships
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of banking products and services
- Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships
Desired Skills:
- Two years of successful teller experience required
- Post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accept and provide strong coaching and feedback
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computers
