Business Analyst Encompass Administrator

Position Summary

The Business Analyst – Encompass Administrator is responsible for assisting in the management of loan operation related applications and software, including product releases, software enhancements and new modules. This person acts as a liaison between business line managers, infrastructure team members, software vendors and end users to analyze, document, communicate and validate business workflows. Assists Business Unit Managers in maximizing the uses of loan operations technology and in resolving software or operational issues. Complete special projects directed by Loan Operations and Technology Services. Acts as the primary back up to others as needed.

Position Requirements

1. Resolves complex customer technical and/or operational problems with loan operations applications and other banking-related products.
2. Implement new systems/features as part of upgrades or business line manager requests.
3. Discuss problems, answer questions, offer technical assistance, and ensure proper handling/follow-up with Bankers, Management, and software vendors.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of loan operations and regulations, specifically mortgage and consumer lending, but not limited to business/ag.
5. Offer business insight into the future development of new workflows to enhance automation of the mortgage and consumer workflows.

Education

• Associate’s degree (AA) or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years of loan background in the mortgage or consumer loan operations areas.
• Minimum of three years of experience with the administration of Encompass mortgage software.

Salary range is $70,000 to $88,000 depending on experience.
