This position is responsible for overseeing all banking activities and assisting in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors.

Responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking. Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards. This position works with all levels within the organization and builds strong working relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Six to nine years experience in the banking industry.
- An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting is required. Experience above and beyond nine years may substitute degree if right fit.
