Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hermantown, MN, for a Universal Banker. The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their financial needs, and promoting banking products and services. Day-to-day tasks include processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, handling cash transactions, opening accounts, processing loan applications, and addressing inquiries. The role encompasses building relationships with clients and delivering personalized banking solutions while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Deposits and Loan processing
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and financial transactions while ensuring accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems
- Previous experience in retail banking or a financial institution is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is preferred
