Safety Auditor

The Safety and Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that everyone adheres to all relevant safety regulations, standards, and internal policies. This role typically involves conducting safety audits, quality inspections and ensuring compliance to maintain a safe and legally compliant work environment. Perform safety audits on a weekly basis while ensuring to prioritize safety, quality and efficiency at every job visited.Submit restoration audits as requested.Complete ready for line crew job audits as requested.Reply to all customer related inquiries by mail/text/phone within 24 hrs.Take care of all customer complaints within 24 hours.Reply to all correspondence (email) within an hr between the hrs of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.Timey assistance Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.Timely assistance with clients safety meetings held once a month at 7:00 am.Timely assistance to Monday safety meeting.Timely assistance to extracurricular activities pertaining to Business development & non-profit events organized by Francois GC.Timely assistance and contribution to weekly management meetings held on a weekly basis.Turn in any receipts related to business expenses every Monday by noon.Conduct oneself in a professional and respectful manner to employees, co-workers and customers.Follow up with any customer complaints via email and inform anyone involved on any customer complaints.Proper attire must be worn in accordance with OSHA regulations when working at jobsiteGo through training as necessary to comply with information pertaining to audits completed.Provide safety reports of internal and subcontractor crews.Contribute to weekly management meetings with information pertaining to audits completed.Conduct safety trainings for crews every Tuesday at 8:00 am.Company DescriptionWe're thrilled to have you on board as part of our journey with Francois General Contractors LLC and subsidiaries. Salary : $25 - $30
