Franco Law Firm seeks a Florida-licensed attorney to work on business, family, humanitarian, and removal defense matters.
The work includes legal research, gathering and reviewing evidence, drafting petitions, applications, motions, and briefs, and working with clients and paralegals to prepare and advance cases.
Applicants must have an active Florida law license in good standing, live in the Miami metro area, and have some background in immigration law through professional experience, law school clinics, coursework, internships, or other relevant training. Newly admitted attorneys with this background are welcome.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
