Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and financial litigation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to high-stakes litigation in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from initial assessment through trial and appeal.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to provide legal counsel and ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
