Role Description

The Outside Sales Representative Roofing Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth through residential roofing sales by conducting inspections, developing estimates, and guiding customers through the roofing process from initial consultation to project completion.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to homeowners, delivering best-in-class customer experience while representing Franciscus Roofing’s People-First culture, safety standards, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct in-home consultations and roof inspections

· Assess customer needs and recommend solutions

· Educate homeowners on systems, materials, warranties, and insurance

· Prepare and present estimates and proposals

· Guide customers through full sales lifecycle

· Partner with operations for project execution

· Maintain CRM and system documentation

· Deliver consistent customer communication

· Adhere to safety and compliance standards

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1–3 years outside sales experience (preferred)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift 40–60 lbs
