What are the responsibilities and job description for the Perioperative Nurse position at Francisco Narvaez MD PC?
Well established surgicenter in Midtown Manhattan & Westchester with AAAHC-certified operating room, caring for healthy ambulatory surgery patients. You will help with surgical coordination as well as perioperative tasks on the day of surgery, including pre-op vitals, intra-op circulating, and post-op PACU care. Almost always 1:1 with patient. Experienced and loyal staff are able to assist & serve as back up.Duties:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop appropriate nursing interventions- Ensure proper infection control practices are followed at all timesQualifications:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environmentIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, we would love to hear from you.
