Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Physical Therapy Assistant I is responsible to the Department Director and supervising Physical Therapist, to provide treatment to the patient prescribed by the physician within the guidelines of the Physical Therapy Practice Act, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. This position implements the plan of care to restore and enhance performance. This position also performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
