We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at McCormick Assisted Living. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about resident-directed care, staff development, and supporting clinical excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations
- Support compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff
- Assist with resident assessments, service planning, and care coordination
- Help recruit, train, and mentor nursing team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Serve as DON designee when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in WI (required)
- Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate leader who values teamwork and accountability
