Environmental Service Supervisor (Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect resident apartments, coach homes and rooms.
• Cleans all public areas at the community to include bathrooms, showers lounges, nurses stations and utility rooms.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Must be able to bend and push frequently
