As the Director, Physician Performance Analytics, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving transformational insights that enhance provider performance, optimize operations, and support strategic growth across our health system. This highly visible position leads the development and execution of cutting-edge analytics strategies that advance value-based care, strengthen clinical technology utilization, and improve patient access.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Lead physician and provider analytics initiatives related to productivity, access, quality, patient throughput, care variation, panel management, and operational performance.
Develop reporting methodologies, scorecards, dashboards, and benchmarking tools to support physician enterprise operations and leadership decision-making.
Direct analytics supporting value-based care performance, risk adjustment, utilization management, quality incentives, payer performance, and population health initiatives.
Monitor organizational performance against regulatory, contractual, and operational metrics.
Develop analytics and forecasting models supporting strategic growth, provider demand planning, clinic expansion, provider capacity, market growth opportunities, and ambulatory operations planning.
Support long-range operational and physician enterprise strategy initiatives.
Serve as the operational coordination lead for physician analytics and reporting initiatives involving EPIC and related clinical technologies.
Collaborate with Information Services, operational leaders, and application teams to optimize reporting structures, workflows, and data utilization.
Lead analytics related to clinic utilization, provider scheduling efficiency, room utilization, patient flow, throughput, workflow optimization, and ambulatory space planning.
Identify operational improvement opportunities through data analysis and process evaluation.
Apply advanced analytics methodologies, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and healthcare data interpretation techniques to support operational improvement, forecasting, and performance optimization initiatives.
Provide leadership and oversight for analytics governance, data integrity, reporting standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with physician leadership, operations, finance, quality, strategy, and population health teams to support organizational objectives and enterprise initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Public Health, Finance, or related field - Required
Master's Degree Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Analytics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred
7 years Healthcare analytics, physician enterprise analytics, business intelligence, clinical informatics, operational analytics, or related healthcare operational leadership - Required
1 year Physician performance analytics, value-based care analytics, EPIC reporting environments, operational workflow analysis, and healthcare data management - Required
Leading cross-functional operational initiatives and presenting analytics to executive and physician leadership - Preferred
Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, healthcare benchmarking, and business intelligence tools - Preferred
