WHAT YOU WILL DO
Administrative Assistant, Compliance, Monday through Friday
Perform office functions including answering telephone and email requests, taking meeting minutes, keyboarding, electronic filing, faxing, scanning, photocopying, conducting research and producing written communications.
Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Maintain sensitive and confidential records, such as board and committee meeting minutes, financial reports, contracts and agreements, and other official records; ensure records are maintained in accordance with regulations and organizational procedures.
Coordinate meetings and special events including but not limited to the coordination of required materials, securing locations, and managing list of attendees.
Develop and coordinate outgoing reports, correspondence, and other materials to proper destinations/recipients.

Prepare legal documents
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Prior customer service experience.
Excellent grammar.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior clerical experience in a legal office or physician practice.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
Strong customer service skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
