Job Duties:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on trucks and related equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Tool Management: Bring and maintain your own set of tools, ensuring they are ready for use at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to coordinate repairs and support overall fleet management.
- Proven 2 years or more experience as a truck or heavy-duty vehicle mechanic .
- Must supply your own professional set of tools.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
