In this lively role, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter, providing exceptional valet and bell services that set the tone for a memorable experience. Your energetic approach to assisting guests with their vehicles and luggage will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, offering prompt and courteous valet services.
- Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Assist guests with their luggage, packages, or other belongings at the bell stand with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized bell stand area and ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Physical Demands in the Work Environment
- Ability to work under varied weather conditions.
- Be able to make quick decisions and possess good judgment.
- Must be able to stand during the entire duration of their shift.
- I must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles, and lift packages.
- Must be able to continually push, lift, and carry up to 65lbs throughout the hotel during entire shift.
- Physically strenuous, prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs, intermittent exposure to outside elements.
