Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event planning.
- Support the instruction of wrestling-specific skills and techniques to student-athletes.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits.
- Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
- Help build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community.
- Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
