- Assist in planning and executing team practices and drills.
- Provide individualized coaching to athletes, focusing on skill development and technique.
- Support the Head Coach in managing team strategy, game preparation, and match execution.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline among athletes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during practices and games.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for coaching and teaching volleyball.
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching.
