Instructional Adaptation:- Adapt classroom work to address individualized learning plans, 504 plans, and other needs within established lesson plans.
Assessment Administration:- Administer developmental and subject-specific assessments to evaluate student competency and develop individual learning plans.
Progress Monitoring:- Assess student progress towards learning goals and provide feedback to students, parents, and administration.
Collaboration:- Collaborate with instructional staff, school personnel, parents, and community resources to improve student outcomes and achieve classroom objectives.
Activity Coordination:- Coordinate activities including lesson plans and both indoor and outdoor activities to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
Demonstration:- Demonstrate effective methods for performing classroom and subject-specific assignments.
Supervision:- Direct student teachers, paraprofessionals, volunteers, and student workers as needed.
Instruction Delivery:- Provide instruction in both in-person and virtual environments to enhance students' academic and interpersonal skills.
Record Maintenance:- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on student learning using district grading and data software.
Modeling Behavior:- Model appropriate social and interpersonal behavior for students.
Monitoring:- Monitor students in various educational settings (e.g., classroom, computer labs, assemblies) to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a job-related area.
