Job Summary: Responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of the Chateau kitchen as well as the consistency, authenticity and quality of the food prepared at Inglenook for the Events Department and Tasting Room programs on an on-call, as needed basis. Help with prep, ware washing and execution of lunch and dinner special events. Help with culinary gardens as needed i.e., harvesting, watering, and cleaning.

Food Preparation (45%)
· Prepare food as directed by Chef or Sous Chef as needed for specific events or programs
· Maintain clean and organized kitchen working area
· Assist with plating food during Events
Washing Dishes/Maintaining Cleanliness of Kitchen (45%)
· Wash dishes and utensils and help maintain the function and cleanliness of kitchen appliances
Help Maintain Culinary Gardens (10%)
· As needed: water, harvest from and help maintain culinary gardens
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: Must have worked as a prep cook/ dishwasher for at least three years, or have equitable experience
