FCA is seeking a talented Project Interior Designer to join our thriving Corporate Interiors practice.  This person can be local to our Philadelphia, New York, or New Haven offices. This role is ideal for a creative, technically strong professional with 7–10 years of experience, including direct experience in corporate workplace environments. You will lead projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver thoughtful, high-performing spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Formulates designs that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes
•    Oversees and contributes to interior design contract and presentation documents in all project phases
•    Effectively builds and maintains relationships with clients
•    Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design
•    Oversees and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors
•    Provides mentoring, training, support to entry and mid-level interior designers

• Bachelors Degree in Interior Design
• 7 -10 years relevant experience – corporate interiors required
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• NCIDQ certification preferred
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop
