Duties

• Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across various surfaces and areas, adhering to safety standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with skill and care.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including sweeping walkways or patios.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Outdoor work experience is advantageous for roles involving exterior cleaning tasks.

Pay: $50.00 per day
