Our client is an established, rapidly expanding franchise organization. We seek a Director of Compliance to build and lead its compliance functions. This fast-track franchise system is projecting 200 open locations within the next 6 months, offering a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of compliance for a high-growth brand.
The Director of Compliance will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a critical role in supporting and protecting the brand as it scales. The ideal candidate has experience working within a medium-to large-scale franchise system or for a large franchisee (ZEE) who understands the dynamics of franchisee relations, brand standards, field compliance, and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable franchise compliance program.
- Monitor franchisee adherence to brand standards and operating procedures.
- Conduct regular check-ins, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Issue notices when required and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Identify risk areas and implement solutions that improve franchise consistency.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to support rapid expansion.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees while holding them accountable.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working within a franchise system (franchisor, franchisee, or multi-unit operator).
- Strong understanding of compliance, operations, and franchise support.
- Ability to build processes from the ground up in a fast-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
