What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Captain position at Franchise Location?
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, GF Hotels & Resorts. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Banquet Captain will supervise banquet staff and serve as the lead server to ensure exceptional guest service at all hotel events.
Banquet Captain will attend BEO meetings and work closely with Sales for updates and modifications. Banquets Captains will be assistant with inventory, orders and linen and napkins. Supervise banquet houseman ensure events are setup correctly and dance floors. Make sure events run smoothly and post checks at the end of every event.
