About the Position
The Supervisor position is the first level of management at Freddy’s and plays an important role in ensuring smooth shift operations. Supervisors lead by example, overseeing daily restaurant execution to maintain quality, accuracy, and hospitality standards. This role is focused on coaching and supporting Team Members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. With a balance of hands-on leadership and team development, Supervisors are responsible for guiding shift efficiency, monitoring food preparation and service, and upholding Freddy’s brand standards and culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are being followed.
- Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members though a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
- Preparing and serving exceptional steakburgers, custard, etc..
- Dependable in upholding attendance, policy and procedure with yourself and team members on shift. Always upholding the three pillars of qualify, cleanliness and hospitality.
- Take initiative to provide great guest service by coaching and assisting team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, employee relations issues or injuries.
- Work together with your team on training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating team members. Supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
- A leadership attitude and willingness to train others on all shifts.
- Support strategies to ensure operations progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
- Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
- Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification
