Position Summary
Tech Services Specialists are responsible for setting up, integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Meta and Google campaigns run by Reach Agency. They also provide technical support to other departments.
Responsibilities
- Completes various campaign setup tasks, including setting up ad accounts and ensuring lead integrations.
- Builds landing pages and custom landing pages as requested.
- Handles Google advertiser verification and suspension appeals.
- Coordinates with internal and external integration teams to ensure leads route into proper CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an IT technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HTML, CSS and automation tools such as Zapier
- Knowledge of Google and Meta Ad Platforms
- 1-3 years of experience
