Patient Services Representative – MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)
New Orleans Smiles is looking for a Full-Time Patient Services Representative to join our front desk team.
This role is key to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Collect and update patient information
- Collect payments and assist with financial arrangements
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and support patient experience
What we’re looking for:
- MUST be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Experience in dental or medical front desk is a plus
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Dentrix or dental scheduling systems
- Familiarity with dental terminology
