Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Portage, MI. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique, lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of visual presentation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, fostering a customer-focused environment, ensuring adherence to policies, and achieving sales goals. The Store Manager will also focus on inventory management and retail loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Strong Communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proven experience in Store Management, including team leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
