HOURS: Part-time, 24-hours weekly, with possible flexibility
REQUIREMENTS: CNA license, preferred. On the job training provided.
DUTIES: We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our team in providing high-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and record patients’ vital signs in accordance with medical protocols.
- Maintain a work pace appropriate to the assigned workload and patient needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with patients, coworkers, and medical staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the medical record following FMDH protocol.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both patients and staff.
- Adhere to safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions as outlined in protocol.
- Participate in patient education or group briefings as required.
- Work effectively with patients and staff, influencing outcomes in a compassionate, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to both small and large groups.
- Ability to follow strict medical documentation protocols.
- Experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
