What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health LCSW or LCPC position at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital?
HOURS: Flexible part to full-time schedule with varying days/times during clinic hours.
DUTIES: Provide clinical consultations with medical providers as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct initial patient assessments. Provide individual, group, couples and/or family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Develop treatment plans, document, and schedule in electronic health record.
