TRAINING: Kinetico, Inc. offers four levels of PAID training for advancement in the profession and includes bonuses and commission along with hourly wage (unlimited earning potential.)

The Big Task -- You will test, diagnose, and repair or replace water conditioning equipment. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions in the case that they need new equipment. In this regard experience with plumbing is a benefit but not required.
Key responsibilities and accountability include but are not limited to:
- Install and service water treatment equipment
- Remove existing equipment as needed
- Maintain stock in service truck/warehouse
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have clean driving record
- Address customers concerns as needed and advise appropriate manager
- Attend training and meetings as required by Francek Water Conditioning
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks
- Assist in refurbishing of trade-in equipment
- Assist with necessary maintenance and repairs for service vehicles and shop
- Assist in coordinating and setting up home show and fair displays
- Assist all other employees, within ability, as needed to ensure company success
- Salary in accordance with experience and qualifications
- Demeanor with customers and fellow workers befitting a professional expected at all times
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
