Duties

- Pack prepared foods carefully to maintain freshness, presentation, and safety during storage and delivery
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support food preparation activities such as chopping, slicing, cooking, and plating with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of meal production during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and fine dining standards to elevate meal presentation
- Excellent knife skills for efficient and safe food cutting techniques
- Experience in catering or large-scale meal service environments is a plus
