Project Coordinator:

Supports project teams through documentation, communication, and organization. Learns FCC’s project delivery systems, builds foundational understanding of construction documentation, and supports team coordination.

Role Progression

• Coordinates and inspects work, generates various project reports to support progress.
• Analyzes and reports production statistics; assists with daily reporting and documentation
• Maintains up-to-date records, posts document revisions, including RFIs and addendums.
• Material Procurement, Reporting and Tracking
• Participates in site observations meetings with project leaders, documents, and tracks action items.
• Generates procurements logs, monitors shop draw drawings, and manages deliveries as directed
• Provides progress updates and reports back to the project team to support the scheduling process
