Part-Time Sanitation Worker

Framingham Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Sanitation Worker to join our team for the upcoming season. This position is responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our clubhouse, pool facilities, and member areas.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and contributes to a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, locker rooms, pool facilities, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the property
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
- Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed
- Assist with setup and cleanup for club events and functions
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and entryways
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
- Prior custodial or sanitation experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week (Tuesday-Sunday 7am-11am)
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
- Seasonal position with potential for extended employment opportunities
