Responsibilities
- Generate new business through consistent outbound prospecting efforts (calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits)
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customer relationships within target markets
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers to present company capabilities and solutions
- Convert new opportunities into profitable, long-term customers
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to prioritize high-value opportunities and align on strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and customer data within CRM (Odoo)
- Follow up consistently on all opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions
- Monitor industry trends and identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities
- Align sales efforts with company capabilities, production capacity, and strategic priorities
- Meet or exceed established sales and performance targets

- Revenue Milestones:
- Month 6: Achieve approximately $250K–$300K in closed revenue
- Month 9: Achieve $500K in closed revenue

- Year 1 Performance Benchmarks:
- $1M : Strong performance
- $750K–$1M: Acceptable with continued development
- Below $750K: May require performance review
- Long-Term Growth: Build and sustain a $2M territory through ongoing customer acquisition and account development
- Activity & Execution: Maintain consistent outbound activity, effective follow-up, and accurate CRM usage
