As a superintendent,you'll have the opportunity to:
- Join a 100% employee-owned company with a stellar business record for over 100 years.
- Support the project manager or other superintendents to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed regarding safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Be the lead superintendent on small projects or be responsible for a specific area of a larger project.
- Break down project schedules and professionally present on Scheduling, Phasing Plans, and Site Utilization Plans for shortlist interviews.
- Have a designated Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer to assist your efforts depending on the size of the projects you are assigned.
