Assistant Superintendent - Commercial
Location: Naples, FL (Southwest Florida)
Pay Range: $75-90k (commercial experience required)

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of our commercial projects.
The project: You will be assisting with a ground-up 100,000 SF medical campus. Tilt-wall experience is a major . The project is valued at $150M and is anticipated to last 2 years.
As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the commercial construction site.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors in the commercial sector.
- Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during commercial construction.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative in the commercial setting.
- Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors in the context of commercial construction.
- Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics specific to commercial projects.
- Contribute to ensuring the completion of commercial projects with a strong emphasis on quality.
