Your Opportunity

As an Independent Sales Consultant, you’ll take ownership of business development within your territory. Your primary mission is simple:

OPEN NEW DOORS. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. GROW SALES.

You will:

• Prospect, identify, and open new salon and professional beauty supply accounts
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers throughout Alabama
• Introduce salon professionals and beauty supply owners to our professional haircare and haircolor portfolio
• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and account growth
• Identify untapped opportunities within your territory
• Manage your territory independently and strategically
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and credibility
• Use your knowledge of the professional beauty industry to turn conversations into new business

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3 years of successful outside/direct sales experience
• Professional beauty industry sales experience, particularly calling on salons and/or beauty supply businesses, strongly preferred
• A proven ability—or strong desire—to prospect, cold call, open new accounts, and close sales
• Existing relationships within the professional salon or beauty supply community are a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow your income through your results
• The ability to work independently, manage a territory, and stay accountable to sales goals
• Willingness to travel throughout the state
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual skills are a plus
