Seeking a creative, driven Social Media Marketing Intern to lead our digital growth, audience engagement, and content distribution. This is an unpaid, training-focused internship with an expected commitment of 10 hours/week. You’ll amplify our reach, manage our social presence, and support growth through marketing, sponsorships, and community engagement.
Note: Responsibilities vary by week; total time will not exceed ~10 hours.
1) Post-Production Content Distribution- Publish long-form episodes on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
- Distribute short-form clips on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Share select clips with hosts for posting on personal LinkedIn accounts.
- Manage posts across Frameshifts’ LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram to maintain a consistent content flow.
- Write compelling captions, show notes, and episode descriptions aligned with Frameshifts’ themes.
- Draft promotional content and teasers for upcoming episodes.
- Create and refine marketing materials to drive engagement and visibility.
- Actively manage channels to ensure posts are engaging, professional, and on-brand.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with partners, guests, and sponsors to co-promote episodes.
- Social Media Management experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Content Creation skills: engaging captions, short-form video creation, asset management.
- Marketing & Writing proficiency for promos, branding materials, and engagement.
- Organization to juggle multiple platforms, scheduling, and a steady pipeline.
- Creative Vision for storytelling and elevating a brand’s digital presence.
- Team Orientation to collaborate with hosts, editors, and external partners.
- Podcast Promotion knowledge for Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube.
- Sponsorship Outreach experience (e.g., universities, labs, ecosystem partners).
