Job Summary
As a founding Risk Associate at Frame, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our risk and compliance teams. You will help build key processes, manage projects across departments, coordinate internal initiatives, work with our banking partners, and handle customer communication. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's success and our goal of providing exceptional service to customers while scaling our risk operations to handle growing transaction volumes.
What you will be doing
- Own the day to day risk operations, including KYC, CDD and EDD manual reviews
- Engage with banking partners as needed
- Identify potentially suspicious activity and flag for risk team review
- Help customers understand and resolve risk-related account restrictions or holds
- Maintain detailed records of risk-related customer interactions and outcomes
- Build knowledge base articles and customer-facing documentation as new scenarios arise
- Help manage customer support processes and communication
- Support new hire internal onboarding
Who we're looking for
- 2 years of operations experience specifically in risk, payment or compliance ops
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management in the payments industry
- Experience working at a fintech is a plus
- Comfort with rapid iteration and building solutions on the fly
