What You'll Do
- Take full responsibility for the strategy and execution of our campaigns across LinkedIn, X and Meta, ensuring we are reaching the right audience effectively.
- Lead our social presence by defining our brand voice and producing high-converting content that turns followers into fans and leads.
- Constantly test new ideas, angles, and formats to see what works best, and use those insights to scale our growth quickly.
- Work directly with the founders to refine our messaging and ensure our marketing narrative is sharp, consistent, and directly impacts our growth trajectory.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in leading growth initiatives and scaling campaigns on LinkedIn, X and Meta.
- Exceptional copywriting and content skills, with a track record of creating engaging, scroll-stopping posts and ads.
- A natural ability to understand what’s working, analyze results, and make quick, smart decisions based on performance.
- You are highly autonomous, love moving fast in a startup environment, and have the drive to take a project from concept to results.
