Frame It Easy crafts and ships thousands of custom-sized picture and poster frames every week out of our 25,000 square foot office and fulfillment center in Milford, Connecticut. We're looking for a new team member for our production and fulfillment team.

Responsibilities include:

* Working with a production team assembling and packing picture frames.

* Ensuring quality at every step of our process (assembling and detailing frames, packaging and shipping) and being ultimately responsible for the quality of every frame that we ship.

* Must be able to stand on feet for an 8 hours shift, use basic hand tools, and work well with others.

* Must be able to lift 10 to 20 lbs on a consistent basis.

* Regularly lift large packages over 20 lbs, occasionally lift materials in excess of 50 lbs.

* Frequently vary tasks based on the direction of team leaders.

Here's what we can offer you:

* Full time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturdays.

1:30pm - 10:00pm

* Competitive pay $19 an hour for the first 90 days. Increased to $20.00 after 90 day period.

* You're independent and self-directed. Once you learn your role, you don't require much guidance to consistently fulfill its requirements.

* You have computer experience and are familiar with basic web-based software and using email/chat to communicate.
