The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in estate planning, probate, and estate administration
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal matters in plain, client-friendly language
- A compassionate and professional approach to client service
- Interest or experience in mentoring junior attorneys or participating in firm development (optional but valued)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000
- Bonus structure based on performance and origination
