Entry Level Assistant Sales Manager

We are currently hiring motivated, career-driven individuals for an Entry Level Assistant Manager position. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, community outreach, promotional marketing, leadership development, and face-to-face campaign support.
In this role, team members work directly with customers inside retail locations and promotional event environments representing charity and community outreach campaigns. Responsibilities include engaging with the public, educating customers on campaign initiatives, assisting with promotional participation and donations when applicable, supporting customer engagement efforts, and helping coordinate daily campaign operations while developing leadership and management skills through ongoing mentorship and training.
This is an in-person, customer-facing promotional marketing role involving direct interaction with customers in retail and event-based environments.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in face-to-face retail and event environments
- Educate customers on charity initiatives, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns
- Assist interested participants with registrations, sign-ups, donations, or campaign participation when applicable
- Support daily customer engagement and campaign outreach goals
- Represent client campaigns professionally during retail promotions and live events
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support campaign execution and customer engagement efforts
- Assist with event setup, coordination, promotional displays, and campaign materials
- Participate in ongoing coaching, communication training, and leadership development sessions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, outreach, sales, or event experience is a plus, but not required
